Dear NSYSU faculty, students, and staff,
We sincerely invite you to complete the Survey on Satisfaction of Administration and Service Quality for the 2024–25 academic year. The survey will take approximately 2 to 5 minutes to complete.
Your responses will remain strictly confidential. The University strives to take action and prioritizes areas of improvement based on your feedback in the administrative services that matter to you the most.
Participants who complete the survey and provide their basic information will enter a prize draw. A computer will randomly select a total of 102 winners to receive the following prizes:
• iPad 11: 1 winner
• Apple Watch SE: 1 winner
• Taiwan High Speed Rail (Zuoying-Taipei route) 50% off voucher: 20 winners
• FamilyMart TWD100 voucher: 80 winners
(Note: Winners will be notified by email and announced on the University website and Facebook page.)
