因近年來國內物價及人事成本持續上漲，宿舍管理成本逐年攀升，為維持學生宿舍之住宿品質及服務，
經相關程序已完成住宿費調整作業(說明如下檔案)。
除H棟預計於115年整建完成後調整，其他棟別將自114年6月21日起調整住宿費，
除學期住宿費外，114學年度起需加收宿舍保證金1千元。
因應宿舍保證金收費作業，不論新生或舊生入住或離退宿時，皆須填寫宿舍財物盤點表暨宿舍保證金退費查核表
Dear Residents,
Due
to the continuous rise in domestic prices and personnel costs in recent years,
the overall cost of dormitory management has increased annually. In order to
maintain the quality and services of the student dormitories, the necessary
procedures for adjusting accommodation fees have been completed.
Except
for Building H, which is scheduled for fee adjustment after the
completion of renovations in 2026, the accommodation fees for all other
dormitory buildings will be adjusted starting June 21, 2025.
In
addition, beginning with the 2025 academic year, a NT$1,000 dormitory
deposit will be required in addition to the regular semester accommodation
fee.
To
facilitate the collection and refund of the dormitory deposit, all residents
must complete the Dormitory Property Inventory Form and the Deposit Refund
Verification Form upon check-in and check-out.
