4.因請高雄市消防局EMT-P精英教練來教課，請務必確認能夠出席再報名參加。Please be sure to confirm that you can attend before signing up.
5.全程參與並完成測驗後會發學校的研習證明。After
participating in the whole process and completing the test, a study certificate
from the school will be issued.

7.海科院1年級新生(學士、碩博班) ，不用報名，請直接到會場上課，Freshman of the College of Marine Sciences (Bachelor, Master and Doctoral Programs) do not need to register and can attend the class directly at the venue.
其餘請先報名，以提早製作研習證明。名額有限，限30名。Other not studying at the College of Marine Sciences should register in advance to receive their study certificate. Space is limited to 30.

10.為因應學生參與水域活動安全及依據海洋科學院「辦理學生水域活動安全實施要點」規定，學生從事水域活動前，須參加海洋科學院水域活動安全與自救訓練(包含 CPR+AED)講習，始能參與水域活動。故請學生有選修「海上實習」課程學生務必報名參加本次活動，以取得水域活動安全認證。
