東哥遊艇實地參訪暨企業經營分享
【目的】配合本校於2025年成立「國際生留臺職涯與就業輔導基地」，積極協助在臺國際學生拓展職涯視野與就業機會，管理學院亦致力於透過企業參訪與案例學習，深化學生對產業實務的理解。此次特別與管理學院攜手合作，安排國際學生前往東哥企業股份有限公司（Ocean Alexander）實地參訪，並由董事長闕慶承親自分享組織行為的實務經驗，期能啟發學生對於企業創新、接班傳承與職涯發展之多元思考。

Ocean Alexander Company Visit &
Business Leadership Talk
【Purpose】In alignment with NSYSU's establishment of the "Career and
Employment Hub for International Students" in 2025, which actively
supports international students in broadening their career horizons and
exploring employment opportunities, the College of Management is committed to
deepening students' understanding of industry practices through company visits
and case-based learning. In this collaboration between the Hub and the College
of Management, international students were given the opportunity to visit Ocean
Alexander Co., Ltd. During the visit, Chairman Mr. Ching-Chen (Johnny) Chueh shared
his practical experience in organizational behavior, aiming to inspire students
to consider diverse perspectives on corporate innovation, succession planning,
and career development.
