時序進到秋冬季，為水痘好發季節，水痘為急性全身性疾病，具高度傳染性。請全校教職員工生提高警覺，並確實配合防疫措施。
As we enter the autumn and winter seasons, when chickenpox is more prevalent,
please be reminded that chickenpox is an acute systemic disease with high
infectivity. All faculty, staff, and students are urged to stay vigilant and
follow preventive measures.
為維護校園安全，確診者請在家休養，待所有水泡完全結痂且經醫師確認無傳染風險後，才可返校上班或上課。 To maintain campus safety, confirmed cases must rest at homeandreturn only after all blisters are fully
scabbed and a doctor confirms no risk of transmission.
一、主要症狀 | Symptoms
• 輕微發燒、倦怠、食慾不振、頭痛、肌肉痠痛。 • Mild
fever, fatigue, loss of appetite, headache, muscle aches. • 皮膚紅疹逐漸發展為水泡，2–4 週後結痂痊癒。 • Rash
progresses to blisters and scabs within 2–4 weeks.
二、傳染途徑 | Transmission
• 飛沫與空氣傳播。 • Airborne
droplets and aerosols. • 接觸病患皮膚或污染物品。 • Direct or
indirect contact with lesions or contaminated items. 🔸痂皮不具傳染力。 🔸Scabs are not infectious.
三、潛伏與傳染期
| Incubation &
Infectious Period
• 潛伏期約 10–21 天。 • Incubation:
10–21 days. • 出疹前 1–2 天即具傳染力，至水泡完全結痂為止。 • Infectious
from 1–2 days before rash onset
until all lesions scab.
四、預防方式 | Prevention
• 接種水痘疫苗為最有效防護方式，保護力可達 95%。 • Vaccination
provides up to 95% protection. • 暴露後 72 小時內接種效果最佳，5 天內仍有約七成保護力。 • Vaccination
within 72 hours after exposure offers best protection; up to 70% within 5 days. • 維持良好衛生習慣，出現疑似症狀應配戴口罩、穿長袖並儘速就醫。 • Maintain
good hygiene; if symptoms appear, wear a mask, cover skin, and seek medical
care.
五、接觸者注意事項
| For Close Contacts
• 請進行 21 天自主健康監測，可正常上課上班。 • Monitor
health for 21 days; normal activities may continue. • 若出現疑似症狀，請立即就醫並避免入校。 • Seek
medical attention and refrain from entering campus if symptoms develop. • 無免疫者可諮詢醫師並接種疫苗。 • Those
without immunity are advised to consult a doctor for vaccination.
