Amid the busy routines of teaching and administrative work, have you ever wished to give yourself a quiet moment to slow down? The warmth and aroma of a cup of coffee may be just the beginning of reconnecting with yourself.
This event is exclusively for faculty and staff of the university. Using coffee as a creative medium, participants will be gently guided by a professional art therapist through a multi-sensory experience involving sight, smell, taste, and touch. You will truly pick up a brush and create, with no focus on technique and no prior art experience required. Simply bring your present feelings and allow your artwork to flow naturally, opening a healing dialogue with your inner world.
📌 Event Information Date: March 2, 2026 (Monday) Time: 12:00–14:00 Venue: Conference Room 5007, Administration Building Facilitator: Ying-Su Li, Art Therapist
