一、生病了怎麼辦?
有症狀就先休息,不要硬撐來上課!

出現發燒、咳嗽、喉嚨痛、全身痠痛等症狀,記得先去看醫生,在家好好休息

退燒後至少 24小時 再回來上課/上班

生病期間請戴口罩,避免傳染給別人

盡量不要參加聚會或到人多的地方
住宿生注意:

減少使用共用衛浴、交誼廳等空間
二、環境也要顧!

常接觸的地方要多清潔:門把、桌面、開關等

可使用 1:50漂白水(約1000ppm) 做日常消毒

教室、宿舍記得開窗通風,讓空氣流動
三、日常防疫好習慣
✔ 勤洗手(吃東西前、回到宿舍後都要洗)
✔ 不用手摸眼睛、鼻子、嘴巴
✔ 人多或通風差的地方建議戴口罩
✔ 咳嗽、打噴嚏用衛生紙或手肘遮住

Keep classrooms and dorm rooms well-ventilated by opening windows regularly
3. Daily prevention habits
✔ Wash your hands frequently (before eating and after returning to your dorm)
✔ Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth
✔ Wear a mask in crowded or poorly ventilated areas
✔ Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue or your elbow when coughing or sneezing
