一、
辦理程序
(一)
列印及收件時間：115/4/30（四）9:00～115/5/8（五）17:00。請於09:00～17:00上班時間內，繳交至教務處課務組，逾期不收件。
(二)
列印位置：選課系統／（簽入帳號密碼）／選課相關資訊／點選『列印棄選單』。
(三) 棄選公佈：繳交日起三個工作日後，可於選課系統／（簽入帳號密碼）／選課結果查詢／目前選課資料；倘對公佈資料有疑義，請於115/5/15（五）前至教務處課務組查詢，逾期不受理。
二、
相關規定
(一) 配合TAICA聯盟之規定，如欲棄選AI聯盟課程，請詳閱「臺灣大專院校人工智慧學程聯盟（TAICA）課程【棄選】相關辦理時程及規定」並於期限內完成相關流程。

(二)
依據85學年度第2次行政會議決議，棄選科目至多2科，且棄選後之總修課學分數仍不得低於學則修課規定下限。（學則第11條規定略以：大學部第一、二、三學年每學期不得少於15學分，第四學年每學期不得少於9學分，延修生至少應修習一科目。）
(三)
已申請減修學生，修習學分數已低於學則規定下限者，不得辦理棄選。
(四)
棄選科目將會出現在成績單內，並註明棄選字樣，但不列入成績計算。
(五)
因棄選辦理日期已近學期三分之二，學分費（學分學雜費）不退還，未繳交者應依規定補繳；加選「曾棄選成功」之科目，仍應依規定繳交學分費。
(六)
本校學生已完成校際選課程序後，得依他校之規定及期程辦理棄選，惟每學期含本校課程之棄選科目至多2科，且棄選後之總修課學分數不得低於學則修課規定下限。
(七)
棄選單如有偽簽或未經許可代簽之情事，該科棄選無效，並簽請學生事務處依校規處理。
(八)
違反上述事項者棄選無效。

5:00 PM. Late submissions will not be accepted.

Course
Withdrawal Announcement: Three
working days after submission, you can check the withdrawal status in the
Course Selection System / (Log in with account and password) / Inquiry
regarding course selection result/ Information on current course selection. If
there is any question, please contact the Curriculum Division of Academic
Affairs Office before May 15, 2026
(Friday). Late inquiries will not be accepted.

Relevant Regulation
(1)
In accordance with the
regulations of the Taiwan Artificial Intelligence College Alliance (TAICA), students
who wish to withdraw from AI Alliance course are required to carefully review
the “TAICA Course Withdrawal Schedule and Regulations” and complete all

Students are allowed to
withdraw from up to 2 courses, provided that the total number of credits after
the course withdrawal cannot be below the minimum credit requirement. (According to
Article 11 of NSYSU Academic Regulations, the 1st, 2nd and 3rd years of
undergraduate students are required to take at least 15 credits worth of
courses per semester; whereas the requirement for 4th year students is 9
credits per semester. Students with extended study years should at least
select one course once registration is made.)
(3)
Application for course withdrawal will not be accepted if
students have applied for credit underload, and the total credits are already
below the minimum credit requirement.
(4)
The withdrawn course will be
listed on the grade report with the course withdrawal sign but will not be
counted as part of the academic record.
(5)
The course withdrawal stage
begins after two-thirds of the semester has passed, and therefore credit fees
(tuition fees) will not be refunded. Any unpaid fees must be paid in accordance
with regulations.
(6)
Students should follow the regulation
and schedule of the course offering institutes to withdraw the
inter-institutional course. Students are allowed to withdraw from up to 2
courses including inter-institutional courses, provided that the total number
of credits after course withdrawal cannot be below the minimum credit
requirement.
(7)
If any forgery or unauthorized
signature is found on the withdrawal form, the course withdrawal will be deemed
invalid, and the case will be referred to the Office of Student Affairs for
disciplinary action in accordance with NSYSU
regulations.
(8)
Any breach of the
above regulations will result in the cancellation of the withdraw request.
If you do not have any course withdrawal requests for this
semester, please disregard this announcement.
