一、教育部國民及學前教育署函轉財團法人器官捐贈移植登錄及病人自主推廣中心辦理「115年生命教育推手獎勵」活動，鼓勵各級學校積極推動生命教育相關議題。
二、衛生福利部為鼓勵學校推動生命教育（包含安寧緩和醫療、病人自主權利及器官捐贈等），特委託財團法人器官捐贈移植登錄及病人自主推廣中心辦理旨揭獎勵活動。
三、本活動自即日起至115年6月22日止受理線上申請，相關申請方式、評分標準及規定，請詳閱附件「115年生命教育推手獎勵機制」。

The K–12 Education Administration,
Ministry of Education, has forwarded information regarding the “2026 Life
Education Promoter Award” organized by the Taiwan Organ Registry and Sharing
Center. The award aims to encourage schools at all levels to actively promote
life education initiatives, including hospice and palliative care, patient
autonomy, and organ donation.
Online applications are open from now
until June 22, 2026. Please refer to the attached “2026 Life Education Promoter
Award Guidelines” for application procedures, evaluation criteria, and related
regulations.
