感謝各位參與「灣plus智慧助理體驗抽獎活動」，詳細得獎項目請參考活動公告。
請得獎者依下列說明辦理領獎事宜：
一、領獎時間：即日起至6月19日（五）止，週一至週五9:00-12:00；13:15-17:00。
二、領獎地點：圖書館４樓智慧營運組辦公室。
三、領獎方式：請攜帶學生證及身分證供核對資料。

請務必於領獎時限內到館領取，逾期未領者，視同放棄領獎權益。
- 若因故無法親自領取，可提前來信告知並委託他人代領（請附委託人與受託人姓名、學號/員工編號，受託人應攜帶委託人之證件前來）。
Announcement of Winners – WANplus Smart Assistant Lucky Draw Event
Thank you for participating in the "WANplus Smart Assistant Lucky Draw Event."
For details of the prizes, please refer to the event announcement.
Prize winners are requested to claim their prizes according to the following instructions:
1. Prize Collection Period
- From now until June 19 (Friday), during office hours:
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–12:00 PM and 1:15 PM–5:00 PM.
2. Prize Collection Location
- Present your ID in person at the Intelligent Operations Office, 4th Floor, Library.
3. Prize Collection Procedure
- Please bring your Student ID Card and National ID Card (or other valid identification) for identity verification.
- Please make sure to collect your prize within the designated period. Failure to do so will be regarded as a forfeiture of the prize.
- If you are unable to collect the prize in person, please notify us by email in advance and authorize another person to collect it on your behalf. The authorization email should include the names and student/staff ID numbers of both the authorizer and the authorized representative. The representative must present the authorizer’s identification documents when claiming the prize.
