請得獎者依下列說明辦理領獎事宜：
一、領獎時間：即日起至10月20日（二），週一至週五 9:00–12:00、13:30–17:00。（10/09（五）國慶日補假，暫停領獎）
二、領獎地點：圖書館４樓智慧營運組辦公室。
三、領獎方式：請得獎者攜帶學生證及身分證供核對資料。
- 請務必於領獎時限內到館領取，逾期未領者，視同放棄領獎權益。
- 若因故無法親自領取，可提前來信告知並委託他人代領（請附委託人與受託人姓名、學號/員工編號，受託人應攜帶委託人之證件前來）。

Prize winners are requested to claim their prizes according to the following instructions:
1. Prize Collection Period
From now until October 20 (Tuesday), Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–12:00 PM and 1:30 PM–5:00 PM.
Prize collection will be unavailable on October 9 (Friday) due to the National Day holiday.
2. Prize Collection Location
Intelligent Operations Office, 4th Floor, Library.
3. Prize Collection Procedure
- Please bring your Student ID Card and National ID Card (or other valid identification) for identity verification.
- Please make sure to collect your prize within the designated period. Prizes not collected by the deadline will be considered forfeited.
- If you are unable to collect the prize in person, please notify us by email in advance and authorize another person to collect it on your behalf. Please provide the names and student ID numbers of both the authorizer and the authorized representative. The authorized representative must bring the authorizer’s identification document when claiming the prize.
