為促進教職員工健康福祉，並強化職場健康管理機制，本校特別提供「職業醫學健康諮詢服務」，由職業醫學專科醫師進行個別健康諮詢，敬請教職員工多加利用。
一、服務對象
本校教職員工。
二、服務內容
由職業醫學專科醫師提供一對一健康諮詢，依員工個人健康狀況及工作特性，協助評估工作相關健康風險，提供健康建議與後續處置方向，內容包含：
1. 健康檢查結果諮詢
針對新進、年度及特殊作業健康檢查結果進行健康評估與說明，協助員工了解自身健康狀況及相關注意事項。
2. 母性健康諮詢
針對備孕、妊娠中、分娩後一年內及哺乳期間之員工，提供工作適性、健康風險及職場相關健康照護建議。
3. 肌肉骨骼健康諮詢
針對因工作型態、姿勢或負荷所引起之肌肉骨骼不適，提供評估、健康指導及相關改善建議。
4. 工作過負荷與疲勞評估
針對工作壓力、疲勞及睡眠等相關問題進行健康評估，提供適當之健康管理及改善建議。
5. 其他工作相關健康問題諮詢
依員工個別健康需求及工作暴露情形，提供相關健康諮詢、風險評估及必要之轉介建議。
三、服務方式
採預約制，單次諮詢時間約 5～10 分鐘。
若同時段預約人數較多，將由護理師協調安排。
如無法前來，請事前通知健康中心護理人員，以利調整安排。

📢 Occupational Medicine Health Consultation Service Announcement🩺💼
Dear Faculty and Staff,
To promote the health and well-being of our
faculty and staff and strengthen workplace health management, the University is
pleased to provide an Occupational Medicine Health Consultation Service,
offering individual consultations with a specialist in occupational medicine.
We encourage all faculty and staff to make use of this service.
I. Eligibility
All faculty and staff members of the University.
II. Services Provided
A specialist in occupational medicine will
provide one-on-one health consultations. Based on each employee’s individual
health condition and work characteristics, the physician will assist in
assessing work-related health risks and provide health advice and
recommendations for follow-up care.
The services include:
1. Health
Examination Results Consultation
Health assessment and explanation of the results of pre-employment, annual, and
special occupational health examinations, helping employees understand their
health status and related precautions.
2. Maternal
Health Consultation
For employees who are planning a pregnancy, pregnant, within one year after
childbirth, or breastfeeding, consultation is provided regarding work
suitability, health risks, and workplace-related health care recommendations.
3.
Musculoskeletal Health Consultation
For musculoskeletal discomfort caused by work patterns, posture, or physical
workload, the physician will provide assessment, health guidance, and
recommendations for improvement.
4. Work Overload
and Fatigue Assessment
Health assessment for issues related to work stress, fatigue, and sleep, with
appropriate recommendations for health management and improvement.
5. Consultation
on Other Work-Related Health Issues
Based on employees’ individual health needs and workplace exposure, the
physician will provide relevant health consultation, risk assessment, and
referral recommendations when necessary.
III. Service Arrangements
The service is available by appointment
only, with each consultation lasting approximately 5–10 minutes.
If there are many appointments scheduled during
the same time period, the nursing staff will coordinate and arrange the
schedule accordingly.
If you are unable to attend your appointment,
please notify the Health Center nursing staff in advance so that the schedule
can be adjusted accordingly.

The physician provides on-campus consultations
once every two months. The consultation service is available for three hours on
the scheduled day.
