Do you often experience neck and
shoulder pain from long hours of sitting or working at the computer?
Join us to release tension, ease stress, and rediscover your body’s most
comfortable rhythm with massage balls and resistance bands!
In this session, a physical therapist
will guide participants through simple and easy-to-follow stretching and
self-massage techniques, gradually relaxing the neck, shoulders, and back, and
helping the body regain lightness and energy.
No prior exercise experience is
required — everyone can join with ease. Come and enjoy a refreshing moment of
relaxation and self-care~
